Representatives of the Chamber of Engineers of the Republic of Srpska held a meeting with the Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology

Representatives of the Chamber of Engineers of the Republic of Srpska, led by Mr. Neobojša Prostrana, held a meeting with the Minister of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska, Bojan Vipotnik.
During the meeting, current issues in the field of spatial planning and construction were discussed, as well as key topics of importance for improving cooperation between the Chamber and the Ministry. The need for strengthening professional capacities, improving the legal and by-law framework, as well as creating more favorable conditions for the work of engineers in the Republic of Srpska was emphasized.
On that occasion, the Ministry expressed its full readiness to actively participate in the development and improvement of the work of the Chamber of Engineers, including making its resources available, and providing broader support to all activities of the Chamber that are in line with the Ministry’s competences. The importance of partnership work was emphasized in order to strengthen professional practice, improve standards and raise the quality of the spatial planning and construction system.
The meeting was assessed as very constructive, with a shared commitment to continuing cooperation on initiatives that contribute to the development of the construction sector and the professional community in the Republika Srpska.
